So our lease was up; we'd been in contact with Chrysler Finanical (corporate) and Greenbriar Dodge for months to make sure everything was ready for turn in. We were turning in an immaculate vehicle(hardly used, no scratches, dents or even dirty upholstry) that was a decent car, but after 36 months, one kid and two dogs later, we needed something bigger. The week before turn in we called to make sure that it would be ok to do Sunday and we were told yes. Sunday noon, we called to let them know we were headed that way and spoke to Greg, who said that the dealership doesn't accept turn-ins on Sunday. WHAT??!!! Outraged, we called Chrysler Finanical and the Dealership Monday morning. Our conversation with the Finance Director resulted in us learning that Greg didn't feel like doing his job that day. The dealership does accept Sunday turn-ins. This wasn't our first problem with the dealership, so we asked them to make some mends on the turn in. They wouldn't admit wrong doing and wouldn't make any mends. Consequently, they are losing a sale from me and receiving my bad review.
