- CarDealerships.org may contact you regarding a review and rating you have left on our website on behalf of the respective car dealer, or to acquire further information.

- If the issue behind a negative review has been resolved between the reviewer and the dealer, CarDealerships.org may remove the review if the reviewer does not adjust the rating to reflect the change in experience. If reviewer is unresponsive to emails from CarDealerships.org asking them to work with the dealer to resolve the issue, the review may be removed. Note, this does not mean review will be removed if reviewer responds stating they do not wish to try and resolve the issue, only if CarDealerships.org does not receive a response after 3 months of original review post date for a Certified/Certified Plus dealer.

- CarDealerships.org may remove a review if there are adequate signs that it was placed by a dealer's competitor, or the dealership itself. "Adequate", in this case, is defined by the operators of CarDealerships.org.

- CarDealerships.org may contact visitors to this site to make them aware of features.

- Any benefits dealers receive based on the Dealer Programs at CarDealerships.org is contingent upon the associated agreement. To break the agreement by removing a link or not paying for a program will result in removal of benefits.
