Certified Program

The CarDealerships.org Certified Program offers dealers a way to reach out to those who have had a bad experience at their dealership, and show their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Apply to be a Certified Dealer.

3 Month Response Period

While you can always respond to any review left on your page, as a CarDealerships.org Certified Dealer you have 3 months to work out the issue with the poster. If successful, the reviewer may change their rating of your business. If they leave a note saying they are satisfied, but forget to change their rating of you, we'll remove it. If the reviewer is unresponsive to our emails (for 3 months) asking them to work with you, we'll remove the review.

Review Alerts

Certified Dealers receive an email every time a review is left on their dealership page. This helps you quickly respond to work out any issue, or just say 'Thanks!'. Don't be caught off-guard.

Provide an Email Address

Of course you take your customer satisfaction seriously. You will be able to leave an email address on your page for anyone to write to if they have a problem. This could be the General Manager, Internet Manager, Owner or a concerned salesperson.

Head Off Negative Reviews

And since you value your customers, you will also be permitted to leave a personalized message on your page to help solve problems before they even appear. Let people know you are willing to help them, provide them with confidence that you'll listen to their concerns and do what you can to help.
