CarDealerships.org is serious about helping both consumers and car dealers. We recognize the difficulties that can occur, and how they can be magnified by the typical monetary size of an auto transaction. We provide a public way for both sides to work out any of these issues. CarDealerships.org understands that this effort should be public in order to provide users with a glimpse of how dealerships handle such problems. It is useful to a car buyer to see how well, or not so well, a dealer handles unsatisfied, or even angry, customers.

Because problems can be resolved, and sometimes some dealers do some unkind things to their competitors by leaving fake reviews, we reserve the right to remove reviews that are suspicious.

We also provide ways for dealers to reach out to the users of CarDealerships.org. This includes leaving replies to reviews, a note to all visitors, links to inventories for prospective buyers, or even advertising to all state-related pages.
